2. Description of Service

HumanizeTool provides AI-powered writing enhancement tools, including AI detection and humanization services. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.3. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Service Usage and Limitations

4.1. Free Plan users are limited to 5 AI humanizer calls per month.

4.2. Paid Plan users (Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly) have access to unlimited AI humanizer calls, subject to fair use policies.

4.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

5. Payment, Free Trial, and Refunds

5.1. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan.

5.2. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial period during which no charges will be made. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

5.3. Premium Monthly Plan subscriptions are non-refundable after the trial period ends.

5.4. Premium Yearly Plan subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of the first payment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1. You retain all rights to your content. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

6.2. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HumanizeTool and its licensors.

7.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. HumanizeTool disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HumanizeTool, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
