Free Trial and Refund Eligibility
Free Trial Period:
- All paid plans include a 7-day free trial period
- No charges will be made during the trial period
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
Plan Types:
- Free Plan: As our Free plan does not involve any charges, it is not eligible for refunds.
- Premium Monthly Plan: a) 7-day free trial b) No refunds after the trial period ends
- Premium Yearly Plan: a) 7-day free trial b) Partial, pro-rata refund available up to 30 days from the first payment date c) No refunds after 30 days from the first payment date
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within the eligible refund period.
In your refund request, please include:
- Your account email address
- Date of first payment (after trial period)
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Premium Yearly Plan Refund Calculation
Within 30 days of first payment:
- Pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of your subscription
- Calculation: (Annual fee paid) * (Days remaining in annual term / 365) - (Processing fee of $20)
- The processing fee is to cover administrative costs
After 30 days of first payment: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or downgrades
Non-Refundable Items
Subscription fees for Premium Monthly Plan are non-refundable once the trial period ends.
Any taxes or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In the event of extended service outages (more than 24 continuous hours), we may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits at our discretion.
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
