At HumanizeTool, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while protecting our business from potential abuse.
Eligibility for Refunds
Time Frame:
- For all plans: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or the most recent renewal date.
- For Essential Yearly Plan only: Partial refunds may be available after the initial 14-day period (see details below).
Usage Limit: Full refunds are only available if you have not made more than 5 AI humanizer calls per month during the refund period. This limit helps prevent abuse of our refund system.
Plan Types:
- Free Plan: As our Free plan does not involve any charges, it is not eligible for refunds.
- Essential Monthly Plan: Eligible for full refunds within the first 14 days, subject to the usage limit mentioned above.
- Essential Yearly Plan: Eligible for refunds as follows: a) Full refund within the first 14 days, subject to the usage limit. b) Partial, pro-rata refund after 14 days and up to 30 days from the purchase date. c) No refunds after 30 days from the purchase date.

In your refund request, please include:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase or renewal
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and usage history within 2 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Essential Yearly Plan Refund Calculation
Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund of the annual subscription fee, provided the usage limit has not been exceeded.
Between 15 and 30 days of purchase:
- Pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
- Calculation: (Annual fee paid) * (Days remaining in annual term / 365) - (Processing fee of $20)
- The processing fee is to cover administrative costs.
After 30 days of purchase: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or downgrades.
Non-Refundable Items
Subscription fees for Essential Monthly Plan beyond the first 14 days are non-refundable.
If you have exceeded the 5-call limit during the first 14 days, your purchase becomes non-refundable.
Any taxes or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In the event of extended service outages (more than 24 continuous hours), we may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits at our discretion.
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review our refund policy periodically.
